Practical demonstration of measurements of explosive power, balance and control of movement with a pressure panel. With the latter, it si possible to measure different parameters of lower extremity explosive power (maximum jumping power and height, jumping speed (explosivity), jumping coordination etc.) or ability to follow predefined curve with the body center of pressure trough the parameters that reflect the deviation from the predefined curve, which are defining the performance of movement control.
